Dymon Asia Women’s Network (DAWN) set up in 2019 marks Dymon’s commitment to promote gender diversity and gender balance within the firm, as well as the inclusion of women at all levels. DAWN also serves as an internal network for women, working with our male allies to help recognize the achievements of women and to forging a better working world for all.

We pursue partnerships with organizations to support our efforts to ensure diversity in recruiting, to provide our people additional resources, networking, and development opportunities, and to help underrepresented talent see themselves as the future of finance.

The Kayak Waterway Clean-Up Programme provided the participants the opportunity to be in direct contact with nature and learnt about the impact of litter on wildlife and the environment.

Participants were introduced to the basics of paddling and the opportunity to visit litter hot-spots while exploring the Marina Reservoir. Through the activity, they also discovered how litter accumulated over time in the water and the magnitude of resources that goes into cleaning the reservoirs.

Since 2019, Dymon employees have been contributing back to our environment as part of Singapore’s ‘One Million Trees Movement’ which aims to restore nature back the city through the planting of more than a million tress across Singapore over the next 10 years.
