We believe in sustainability and with an ESG policy in place, Dymon has taken efforts to ensure we do our part for the Environment, whether it be trying to go paperless or planting trees to offset our carbon footprint.
Within the office, we encourage staff to use the recycling bins and remind everyone to turn off the lights if they are the last one to leave the office because every bit helps in preserving Mother Nature.
Socially, we contribute to the communities that we operate in, supporting the key pillars of education, elderly and the youth, working with social service organizations.

The Dymon Asia Women’s Network (DAWN) set up in 2019 marks Dymon’s commitment to promote gender diversity and gender balance within the firm, as well as the inclusion of women at all levels. DAWN also serves as an internal network for women, working with our male allies to help recognize the achievements of women and to forging a better working world for all.
