Kopi Teh Morning (KTM) is a collaboration between a corporate partner (Dymon Asia), charity (Ray of Hope), social enterprise (Flour Power), youths on the autism spectrum disorder and their caregivers.

DYMON ASIA CAPITAL supports a program that helps youths with special needs transition from education to employment through practical onsite experiences and meaningful social interactions.

KTM offers three youths the chance to develop their food and beverage service skills in a dynamic environment, building self-confidence and resilience by interacting with corporate staff. This promotes social inclusion in the workplace.

Ray of Hope partners with organizations to create impactful initiatives that address community needs.
